Help Us Rescue the “Commuter Colony” Cats

Your Support Can Save Lives!

We need your help!

A colony of abandoned cats has been struggling to survive near a busy bus stop, and we’re stepping in to give them the care they deserve. The need is urgent. Two of the cats have been hit by cars – one just this week!

We’ve already trapped four of the estimated 12 cats, but there are still many out there—including a chocolate brown one with little white toes who may need hernia surgery and a kitten with an eye infection. The dangers from vehicles is extreme. We know that at least two have been hit by cars. WE MUST get these animals to safety ASAP..

Some are likely pregnant, and all need medical attention, food, and a safe place to heal. These cats aren’t completely feral—just scared. Some will stop eating just for the chance to play, and one has even started taking treats from a hand. With time and care, we believe they can be socialized and adopted into loving homes.

Here’s how you can help:

Donate – Funds are urgently needed for spaying/neutering, vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, and medical care (including potential surgeries).

Provide Supplies – We need wet food (kitten & adult) and Churu-style treats to help with socialization.

Foster a Cat – We need safe spaces for kittens, pregnant cats, and those recovering from medical treatments.

These cats were likely abandoned when their previous guardians moved away.

They deserve better.

RAPS exists to help stray, feral, abandoned and endangered animals just like these.

We depend on animal allies like you to make this all possible.
