UPDATE: RAPS Thrift Stores reopening!
As British Columbia’s health authorities move the province into the next phase of pandemic response, we are thrilled to announce the reopening of the RAPS Thrift Stores!
The store openings will be staggered as we ensure that customers, volunteers and staff remain safe through intensified sanitization, limited number of customers in store, social distancing and protective infrastructures.
RAPS Thrift Store 1
8260 Granville Ave., Richmond
Will reopen Tuesday, July 7, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sales and donations.
The store will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays thereafter, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Donations will be accepted on those days only. Once donation bins are full, donations will be stopped for the day. All donations will be held for a minimum of 15 hours to ensure no transmission of virus via surface contact.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
RAPS Thrift Store 2
9040 Francis Rd., Richmond
Will reopen Monday, July 6, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sales and donations.
The store will be open Mondays and Wednesdays thereafter, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: RAPS Thrift Stores will only accept cash at this time. Tax will be included in round number prices. Example: $10 sticker price includes tax at this time.
The entire RAPS family thanks you for your continued support and patience as we navigate this challenging time. We are committed to the strictest protocols of safety for all people.
Supporting the RAPS Thrift Stores has never been more vital. These not-for-profit stores provide a crucial source of revenue for our programs and services to animals. Fully 100% of revenue from the Thrift Stores goes directly into RAPS programs to save and improve the lives of animals.

We Need Volunteers!
The RAPS Thrift Stores are set to reopen in early July. We are appealing for volunteers to help us as we prepare the stores for this momentous event!
If you are a past volunteer or are looking to devote a few hours a week to a new venture, please email mandy@rapsbc.com.
This is a great opportunity for young people to earn volunteer credit hours and also gain retail, customer service, merchandising and cash-handling experience.
