City Approves New City Animal Shelter

Big NEWS! Richmond City Council has approved a capital expenditure of $8 million for a new City Animal Shelter to replace our facility on Number 5 Road! RAPS looks forward to working closely with the City over the coming years as the design, planning and construction occur!

raps-6 copyWe’re getting a new Animal Shelter! Richmond City Council has voted to construct a new purpose-built animal shelter to replace the 1978 structure we operate now. RAPS will work closely with the City as the project advances!
