RAPs is thrilled to have the services of a superb Richmond veterinarian. Dr. Guy Arad is donating his time to visit RAPS facilities a few times a week to provide routine medical treatments to animals in our care.

Veterinary expenses are a huge part of RAPS’ annual budget. With the help of Dr. Arad in reducing the number of trips we need to make with animals to outside clinics, we are on track to reduce veterinary expenses by 50 to 60% over the coming year. This will mean more resources for other animal services and even greater improvements to the way RAPS cares for animals.

We’re looking forward to sharing more news about ways RAPS is reducing costs and improving how we protect and provide for the animals.
